Why not try your hand at making these Vegan Brownies? 

Class 70 is all about your baking skill as everyone starts from the same ingredients and recipe.

Ingredients

  • 140g plain flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 20g coco powder

  • 80ml veg oil

  • 200g castor sugar

  • 200g dairy free chocolate

  • 240ml Almond milk

  • 75g vegan choc chips

METHOD

  1. OVEN 160ºC  25mins

    • Line an 8” square cake tin with parchment
    • Melt the dairy free chocolate
    • In a large bowl add flour, coca and sugar. Mix together
    • Add oil, vanilla, milk and melted chocolate and mix until smooth
    • Add choc chips
    • Transfer to tin and bake
