Ingredients

140g plain flour

1 tsp vanilla extract

20g coco powder
-
80ml veg oil

200g castor sugar
-
200g dairy free chocolate
-
240ml Almond milk
-
75g vegan choc chips
METHOD

OVEN 160ºC 25mins
- Line an 8” square cake tin with parchment
- Melt the dairy free chocolate
- In a large bowl add flour, coca and sugar. Mix together
- Add oil, vanilla, milk and melted chocolate and mix until smooth
- Add choc chips
- Transfer to tin and bake
